I am humbled and honored to be the Basileus of The Psi Nu chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
 

On behalf of myself and the Brothers of Psi Nu Chapter, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., I sincerely welcome you to our website. The Psi Nu Chapter was chartered in Alexandria, Virginia on April 7, 1972, and we have been working hard for the community and our fraternity ever since. Though our chapter focus is in Northern Virginia we have supported and been involved in activities throughout the Washington DC Metro Area.
 

This site will provide you with information about our initiatives in and around the community and events that are designed to service the needs of the community. Psi Nu has proudly served Northern Virginia for over 49 years and it is our commitment to continue to bring relevant community service projects in the areas of social action, education, economic empowerment, and health initiatives to ensure that the needs are met in the communities we serve and live.

 

Psi Nu Chapter is a proud member of the “Mighty Third District” of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. (Virginia and the District of Columbia). The chapter is diverse with members from the federal, state and local government, private sector, as well as business owners.  The members of this chapter are truly making a difference in the community. In support of our Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift, we will remain consistent and committed to being leaders of change. Psi Nu has been “..on the move since ’72” and we appreciate your support!

 

As a chapter, we meet every fourth Friday, 7:00 p.m. (except in the months of May and November) at Meade Memorial Church on the corner of North Alfred and Princess Streets (322 N. Alfred Street). We welcome all brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. join us.
